Frank Martinez, throughout his over 30-year industry career, has progressively demonstrated a keen ability to lead diverse teams of professionals in the design, construction, and real estate marketplace.
In the role of Advisory Board Member, Mr. Martinez provides leadership guidance for all business lines for the company including company acquisitions, strategic planning, and community outreach with an emphasis on planning, finance, and construction management. He also guides the firm’s Private Partnership initiative to assist government clients with their challenging budgets.
