Richard Coles (Rich) has more than 40 years of experience on national and international engineering, construction management, and construction projects. As a Program Manager he has managed a wide range of large design and construction projects. He has managed the delivery of large design/build projects. He is experienced in managing multiple design teams and construction teams simultaneously. Rich has managed, risk assessment, constructibility reviews, environmental mitigation requirements, value engineering, and delivered complex water conveyance, pumping systems and treatment systems. His additional experience includes groundwater evaluations, feasibility studies, and design plans in various locations in the United States and abroad.
